Dinner Roll Baking Instructions
Remove frozen rolls from plastic and place 1-2 inches apart on a baking pan that has been lined with parchment paper or lightly sprayed with nonstick spray. Twelve rolls fit nicely in a 9×13 pan or on half of a half sheet pan.
Loosely cover with plastic wrap and let sit at room temperature for 3-5 hours until the dough is soft and has nearly doubled in size. Rise time varies based on your room temp.
Once rolls are nice and puffy, bake uncovered in a preheated 350°F oven for 14-18 minutes, until golden brown. Bake time may vary, depending on your oven.
Brush the warm rolls with melted butter. Best enjoyed fresh!
To reheat leftover or previously baked rolls, loosely wrap rolls in foil and heat 5-10 minutes in a preheated 350° oven.
**Rolls are best used within 1 week of purchase. The yeast will become less active over time, resulting in rolls that don’t rise as well.
